Terms & Conditions Kode4D — Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

Kode4d (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "kode4d") is an online entertainment and betting platform operating in Malaysia. The platform is accessible via the website kode4d.click and its associated mobile applications.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Kode4D and every user who registers, accesses, or uses any service offered on our platform. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and any specific conditions relating to particular promotions or games.

By creating an account with Kode4D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms set out herein. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or another party, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

Kode4D is open exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their membership:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Registering voluntarily of their own accord.
• Not subject to any gambling prohibition imposed by a court or statutory body.
• Has never self-excluded from Kode4D without having that exclusion formally revoked.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each player is only permitted to have one account at Kode4D. Holding multiple accounts under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or devices in order to gain an unfair advantage or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as stated on a valid government-issued identification document.
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• An active email address that you have access to.
• Your exact date of birth.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Kode4D will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Kode4D supports the following deposit methods, all of which are legitimate Malaysian payment options:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant transfer, minimum RM 20.
• GrabPay — directly from your Grab app, minimum RM 20.
• DuitNow — interbank transfer, minimum RM 20.
• FPX (Maybank2u & CIMB Clicks) — internet banking, minimum RM 20.
• Boost eWallet — mobile and instant, minimum RM 20.
• ShopeePay — directly from your Shopee account, minimum RM 20.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Kode4D does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unverifiable sources may be held pending investigation.

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for your deposit or to one registered in your name. The following withdrawal conditions apply at Kode4D:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for VIP Gold members and above.
• Processing times: Bronze 30 minutes, Silver 20 minutes, Gold 15 minutes, Platinum 10 minutes, Diamond 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as the kode4d account.
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks may delay processing for transactions that exceed certain thresholds.

Kode4d reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 7 business days for new accounts making their first withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Players will be notified by email or SMS if their withdrawal is held for further review.

Kode4D offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated specifically for a particular promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that are specified separately for each promotion.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, IP address, device, or household unless otherwise stated.
• kode4d reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the applicable conditions have been met.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds alone may not count towards fulfilling rollover requirements under certain conditions.

Kode4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are currently in the process of fulfilling rollover requirements.

All games offered on kode4d — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), E-Sports (MPL Malaysia, PUBG Mobile), virtual sports and slots — are subject to game-specific rules available in the help section or rules page of each game.

• Bets that have been placed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled except in the case of a verified technical error.
• Results displayed by the kode4d system are final once a match or game round has concluded.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the visual outcome and the system result, the system result shall prevail.
• For live sporting events, the results used are the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body.
• Odds may change until a bet is confirmed. Bets accepted at a specific set of odds are final at those odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kode4D platform. Violations of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system.
• Using bots, automation software, or third-party tools to place bets automatically.
• Money laundering or using Kode4D as a channel for illicit financial activity.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for financial gain.
• Using someone else's credit card or payment method without their authorisation.
• Systematically placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to exploit odds discrepancies.

Kode4D reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Suspicious activity or activity potentially involving financial fraud.
• Account closure requested by the player.
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the Kode4D customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance in an account closed at the player's request (with no breach of terms) will be refunded upon completion of identity verification, within 7 business days.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, any balance derived from fraudulent activity or abuse may be forfeited to Kode4D. All closure and forfeiture decisions made by the Kode4D management team are final.

Kode4D provides this platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kode4D is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party providers, including e-wallet providers and banks.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to safeguard their password.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Exchange rate fluctuations or currency value changes affecting MYR transactions for players based overseas.

Kode4D's maximum liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Kode4d is committed to responsible gaming. Our platform provides the following tools to help players stay in control of their gaming habits:

• Self-imposed deposit limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in your account settings.
• Play time reminder — receive a notification when a session exceeds your set time limit.
• Temporary self-exclusion — suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure upon the player's request.
• Reality check — periodic reminders notifying players of their session duration and wagering amounts.

For material amendments — that is, changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations — Kode4D will provide notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the kode4d platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date by contacting our support team.
